Philadelphia Plan

  • Daily rates starting at $42
  • Mileage fee of $0.25 per mile
  • Monthly fee: $15.00 (or $125 yearly)

Keystone Plan

  • Hourly rates starting at $7.50/hour
  • Daily rates starting at $69
  • 185 miles included in each trip
  • Annual fee: $35.00
  • no monthly fee
